`POST /api/mcp/tools/get_dev_doc`

## Request

- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Get a single dev document by title or id. Returns full content.

## Request body

- object
  - `title` string: Document title (e.g., project-a-memory.md)
  - `id` string: Document UUID
  - `category` string: Subcategory (claude, cursor, etc.) to disambiguate title
  - `include_versions` boolean: Include version history (default: false)

## Response `200`

Tool executed successfully

- ToolSuccessResponse: Successful tool invocation. `content` mirrors the MCP `tools/call` result shape: an array of content blocks (text and optionally a structured resource payload).
