## Request

MCP-specific health probe.

Used by load-balancers, monitoring, and demo-day pre-flight scripts
to verify the MCP HTTP transport is mounted and reachable BEFORE
Claude Desktop / Claude Code / n8n tries to talk to it. Returns
{"ok": true, ...} on healthy; 503 if the FastMCP session manager
didn't start (typically: mcp package not installed or lifespan
didn't fire).

Distinct from /health/* which only confirms FastAPI is up.
