Leaderboard filtered by voter demographic segment.

Marketing-agency wedge: "in the 25-34 women segment, which creative
won?" — computes per-entity wins/losses across votes whose
`voter_segment` matches every key/value in the requested filter.

Without filters, returns the same per-entity vote tally derived from
Vote rows (not the stored mu/phi) so callers can compare apples to
apples with the segmented case. The stored mu/phi on Entity still
reflect ALL votes — this endpoint is for slice analysis, not the
canonical ranking.
