# Create Lead

`POST /api/v1/leads`

Register interest in a capability that isn't on sale yet.

Public and unauthenticated on purpose: the most valuable leads are visitors
who never made an account, and asking them to sign up first defeats the
point of asking at all.

Idempotent per (email, interest) so double-clicking, or asking twice from
two different walls, doesn't duplicate the row -- but a second submission
still refreshes the note, since that's usually where the useful detail is.
