`GET /api/v1/entities/pending/{ranking_id}`

## Request

List entities awaiting owner approval for this ranking.

Owner-only. Returns each suggestion's display fields so the moderation
UI can render the same shape it would render on the leaderboard if it
were approved, plus the `_suggested_by` marker for audit.
