Get matchup history for an entity.

Shows who the entity has been compared against and results.

Gated by the visibility spine (404, never 403). It had no auth at all: an
anonymous caller holding one entity id could walk every opponent of a
PRIVATE ranking, names and outcomes included (2026-10-09).
