`GET /api/v1`

## Request

Name, version, a count of every resource, and links. A good first call to check a key.

## Response `200`

The index.

  - `data` Index, required: Name, version, a count of every resource, and links.
    - `name` string
    - `version` string
    - `counts` object
    - `links` object
    - `notices` object

## Other responses

- `304`: The If-None-Match you sent matches: nothing has changed.
- `401`: No key, or not a configured key.
- `503`: The database could not be read. Retry. Nothing partial is ever returned.
