  - `title` string: The title of this rule
  - `base_score` integer: A numeric value from 1 to 100 indicating how severe the issue associated with this rule is
  - `description` string: A summary of what the issue associated with this rule is
  - `how_to_fix` string: A description on how to fix the issue associated with this IaC rule
  - `language` string: The programming language associated with this IaC rule
  - `open_issues_count` integer: A numeric value indicating how many open single issues are associated with this rule
