Overwrite License For Package

## Request body

- object
  - `package_name` string, required: The name of the package of which the license should be overwritten.
  - `language` string, required: The language related to the package of which the license should be overwritten. This is 'os' for packages related to images.
  - `org_name` string: Name of the organisation who published the packages. Used as an additional identifier for Java packages only.
  - `license_type` string, required: The new license type
  - `risk` 'low' | 'medium' | 'varies_on_usage' | 'high' | 'critical', required: The new risk related to the new license type
  - `reason` string: The reason for the overwrite

## Response `200`

The license has successfully been overwritten for the package

- object
  - `success` integer: The integer 1 indicating success
  - `licenses_overwritten_amount` integer: An integer indicating the amount of licenses that are overwritten

## Other responses

- `400`: One or more of the provided fields are invalid.
