# Generate bulk SBOM

`POST /containers/sbom/generate`

Returns an SBOM of all packages & licenses found in specified containers

## Request body

- object
  - `format` 'csv' | 'sbom' | 'sbom_spdx': The format of the sbom
  - `include_risk_reason` integer: Flag to include risk reason in CSV export. 1 or 0 indicating true or false
  - `containers` object[], required: An array containing information about the containers
    - `name` string, required: The name of the container repo
    - `tag` string: Optional: The tag of the container repo

## Response `200`

An SBOM of all packages & licenses found in specified containers

- unknown

## Other responses

- `400`: Wrong format for containers
- `404`: No containers are found based on the provided containers
