List cloud rules. Requires scope clouds:read

A list of cloud rules

  - `id` string: The unique identifier of this rule
  - `title` string: The title of this rule
  - `description` string: A summary of what the issue associated with this rule is
  - `how_to_fix` string: A description on how to fix the issue associated with this cloud rule
  - `cloud_type` 'aws' | 'gcp' | 'azure' | 'digocean' | 'kubernetes' | 'alibaba': The type of cloud this rule is associated with. Is null for custom rules
  - `open_issues_count` integer: A numeric value indicating how many open single issues are associated with this rule
