Connect a new AWS cloud environment

## Request body

- object
  - `role_arn` string, required: The ARN for the role that was created in the AWS account that Aikido can assume to access resource policies.
  - `name` string, required: A name for this cloud environment.
  - `environment` 'production' | 'staging' | 'development' | 'mixed', required: Indicates for what environment this cloud is responsible.

## Response `201`

The cloud environment has been successfully connected

- object
  - `id` integer: The ID of the newly connected cloud environment in Aikido.

## Other responses

- `422`: One or more of the provided fields are invalid.
