# Announce this node to the central instance

`POST /api/mesh/announce`

## Request

The center fetches the caller's /api/mesh card and stores the node when self.url matches the announced origin.

## Response `200`

Directory after the node is stored

## Other responses

- `403`: Authenticated actor lacks permission
- `422`: The address did not confirm its own card
