Server-side country detection from edge headers (Cloudflare / Vercel / etc).

Returns {"country": null} when no header is present so the frontend omits the
country entirely and Paddle.js auto-detects the visitor location from their IP.
Internal sentinels (e.g. 'OTHERS') are never exposed or passed to Paddle.
