Public client config for Paddle.js: environment, client-side token, price ids.

All three are read from server env vars (PADDLE_ENV / PADDLE_CLIENT_TOKEN_* /
PADDLE_PRICES_*); nothing is hard-coded in the static pages. Missing config
fails loudly with 500 instead of silently defaulting an environment.
