`POST /dashboard/api/errors`

## Request

## Response `200`

Error statistics and up to the newest 1,000 matching events; Critical uses error_events, Non-critical uses filtered event rows, and All merges both

    - `timestamp` string, date-time
    - `latency` integer
    - `error_message` string
  - `recent_errors_truncated` boolean: True only when more than 1,000 events match the request filters
