# Rev-share attribution + payout reconciliation

`GET /api/v1/partner/revshare`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://www.agenttax.io`
- URL: `https://www.agenttax.io/api/v1/partner/revshare`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

Joins partner_revshare_attributions (who qualifies, with locked rev-share %) against entity_mrr_snapshots (Stripe-sourced) to compute payouts for the period.

Default period: previous calendar month. If no MRR snapshots exist for the period (Stripe webhook not wired yet), payouts come back as 0 with the attribution list still populated for audit.

**Auth:** `ptx_live_…` provisioning key. **Rate limit:** 30/min per partner key.

## Query parameters

- `from` string, date-time: ISO date-time. Defaults to start of current calendar month (usage) / previous month (revshare).
- `to` string, date-time: ISO date-time. Must be after `from`. Exclusive upper bound.

Attribution list + computed payouts. Sorted by payout descending.

- `401`: Invalid partner provisioning key.
- `429`: Rate limited.
- `503`: Database unavailable.
