# Browse the public AgentTax Network directory

`GET /api/v1/network-directory`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://www.agenttax.io`
- URL: `https://www.agenttax.io/api/v1/network-directory`
- Auth: none declared

Public, no auth required. Returns paginated public profiles with optional filters. Private profiles return a slimmed snapshot (id + verified + remitting_status only).

## Query parameters

- `agent_id` string: Specific agent lookup. When provided, returns one profile (404 if not found).
- `work_type` 'compute' | 'research' | 'information_service' | 'content' | 'consulting' | 'trading' | 'payment_processing' | 'web_hosting' | 'software_maintenance' | 'it_support' | 'custom_software': Filter by work_type. Invalid values are silently ignored (no 400).
- `search` string: ILIKE search across agent_name, entity_name, description.
- `page` integer: 1-based page index. 20 results per page.

## Response `200`

Paginated directory listing.

## Other responses

- `404`: agent_id provided but no matching profile.
