# Add an agent to the authenticated entity

`POST /api/v1/auth/agents`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://www.agenttax.io`
- URL: `https://www.agenttax.io/api/v1/auth/agents`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Creates an additional agent under the calling entity. Requires a session (cookie or Bearer). CSRF-protected when the session was carried by a cookie.

  - `agent_name` string, required
  - `work_type` 'compute' | 'research' | 'information_service' | 'content' | 'consulting' | 'trading' | 'payment_processing' | 'web_hosting' | 'software_maintenance' | 'it_support' | 'custom_software'

## Response `201`

Agent created.

## Other responses

- `400`: Validation failure
- `401`: Authentication required
- `403`: CSRF verification failed (cookie sessions only)
