`GET /mcp/organs`

## Request

Machine-readable organ index — genetic tags, MCP prefixes, capability ids.

## Query parameters

- `domain` string: Filter by MCP domain prefix (e.g. crm)
- `kind` string: Filter by organ kind (e.g. mcp_domain)
