`GET /api/startup`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.agentstack.tech` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

Startup probe — routers mounted (K8s startup vs readiness split, INC-084403-02).

Nginx continues to use ``/ready`` for traffic; this endpoint signals router
registration including deferred commerce/grants groups (~250ms after yield).
