# Check Permission Endpoint

`POST /api/rbac/check`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.agentstack.tech` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.agentstack.tech/api/rbac/check`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

Check if a user has a permission in a project. Optional user_id; defaults to current user. Fast path when current user and permissions_bitmap present.

- object: project_id, permission, optional user_id
