# Create Project User

`POST /api/projects/{project_id}/users/create`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.agentstack.tech` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.agentstack.tech/api/projects/{project_id}/users/create`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

Create a new user in project without ecosystem profile (project_id=1)

This endpoint allows project owners to create users that exist only within the project.
These users:
- Do NOT have a profile in the ecosystem (project_id=1)
- Cannot access ecosystem features: avatar, email, personal API keys
- Are used as data containers for the project
- Use system-generated user_id from memory

Required permissions:
- Project owner OR user with 'manage_users' permission

Request body:
- role (optional): User role in project (default: 'member')
- Any custom project-specific fields in data

- `project_id` integer, required: Project ID
