`GET /api/oauth2/device/info`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.agentstack.tech` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.agentstack.tech/api/oauth2/device/info`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

Return client + scope metadata for the Activate page.

Accepts either ``user_code`` (Cursor plugin) or ``link_id`` + ``link_code``
(bot one-click link ticket).

## Query parameters

- `link_code` string, nullable
