Token-gated Prometheus scrape for server SLO gauges (WS-K.3).

Set ``AGENTSTACK_METRICS_SCRAPE_TOKEN`` and pass header ``X-Metrics-Token``.
Returns 404 when the token env is unset (endpoint hidden).
