Args:
    type: Asset type filter
    project_id: Project ID filter
    min_price: Minimum price filter
    max_price: Maximum price filter
    cross_project: Cross-project filter
    sort_by: Sort field
    page: Page number
    page_size: Items per page
    user: Authenticated user

Returns:
    List of global assets with pagination

- `type` string, nullable: Filter by asset type
- `project_id` integer, nullable: Filter by project ID
- `min_price` string, nullable: Minimum price in USDT
- `max_price` string, nullable: Maximum price in USDT
- `cross_project` boolean, nullable: Filter by cross-project availability
- `sort_by` string, nullable: Sort by: price, popularity, volume, rating
- `page` integer: Page number
- `page_size` integer: Items per page
