Get DNA entities from table

Universal GET operation for any DNA table

## Path parameters

- `table_name` string, required: DNA table name

## Query parameters

- `project_id` integer, nullable: Filter by project ID
- `user_id` integer, nullable: Filter by user ID
- `limit` integer: Limit results
- `offset` integer: Offset for pagination
- `order_by` string, nullable: Sort field (whitelist): created_at, updated_at, user_id, project_id, id, generation
- `order` string: asc or desc
- `service_name` string, nullable: ✅ Unified table: Filter by service_name (for execution_ecosystem_logs)
- `unified_8dna_role` string, nullable: For data_projects_8dna only: 'project' (user_id=0 rows) or 'user' (user_id>0 rows)
- `exclude_blanks` boolean: For data_projects_8dna: exclude rows with data.is_blank=true from results
- `filter_data` string, nullable: JSON object of data.* filters (CardGame / FAP logical entities)
