# Get Dna Entity

`GET /api/dna/{table_name}/{entity_uuid}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.agentstack.tech` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

Get specific DNA entity by UUID

✅ Philosophy: Use uuid instead of database ID!

Universal GET by UUID operation

Args:
    entity_uuid: UUID сущности
    decrypt_protected: If True, automatically decrypts protected field

## Path parameters

- `table_name` string, required: DNA table name
- `entity_uuid` string, required: Row UUID, or for data_projects_8dna a numeric user_id / project_id (user row tried first, then project-role slice)

## Query parameters

- `decrypt_protected` boolean: Automatically decrypt protected field
- `detail` string, nullable: full returns the body up to the hard ceiling. Omit for the byte ladder.
