`GET /api/agents/llm-providers`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.agentstack.tech` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.agentstack.tech/api/agents/llm-providers`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

List supported LLM providers (single source of truth for the spec dropdown).

Models for a given provider are still fetched from
``GET /api/ai-builder/models/{provider}`` (lazy / cached).
