# Post Agentcoin Publish Checkpoints Pending

`POST /api/agentnet/{project_id}/checkpoints/publish-pending`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.agentstack.tech` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

Drain pending ``data_agentcoin_checkpoint`` rows through the anchor publisher.

Uses EVM when ``AGENTNET_EVM_RPC_URL``, ``AGENTNET_EVM_CHAIN_ID``,
``AGENTNET_CHECKPOINT_ANCHOR_ADDRESS``, and a signer are available:
**prefer** ``AGENTNET_EVM_SIGN_HTTP_URL`` + ``AGENTNET_EVM_SIGN_HTTP_FROM`` (+ optional token)
via ``HttpRemoteEvmSigner``; otherwise local hex / Vault paths from
``resolve_evm_signer_for_anchor`` (see ``docs/plans/AGENTCOIN_EVM_ANCHOR_PUBLISHER.md``).
If EVM is incomplete, falls back to ``LocalOnlyAnchorPublisher`` (no on-chain tx hash).
