# Create a universe \[write, personal tokens only\]

`POST /universes`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.agentsky.dev/v1`
- URL: `https://api.agentsky.dev/v1/universes`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Any credential of the person may create one, whichever workspace the request selects with X-Universe. A key limited to one team workspace (a workspace-scoped token, a workspace key or an app credential) is 403 forbidden.

  - `slug` string, required
  - `name` string

## Response `201`

    - `isPersonal` boolean: The workspace is its owner's default workspace
    - `isDefault` boolean: The workspace is the caller's own default workspace
