# Rename a workspace or enable Google Limited Use \[write, owner\]

`PATCH /universes/{slug}`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Owner only. Pass a name to rename as Settings › General does; the slug stays unchanged. Alternatively pass google_limited_use: true to permanently enable Google-data processor and export restrictions for this workspace; false is refused. A credential locked to another workspace is 403 universe_mismatch; a member who is not the owner is 403 forbidden.
