# Share one of your own connections with the workspace, or start connecting an app for it \[write\]

`POST /universes/{slug}/connections`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.agentsky.dev/v1`
- URL: `https://api.agentsky.dev/v1/universes/{slug}/connections`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

With connection_id: only a connection of the caller's can be shared; answers 201 with the workspace's connections. With app, success_url and error_url (owner or admin): starts connecting an app for the workspace itself and answers 200 with the address to open in a browser; record the result with POST /universes/{slug}/connections/complete. A connection made this way belongs to the workspace, not to the person who made it, and stays when they leave.
