# Thread start options

`GET /threads/options`

## Request

What a new thread can start on, as the composer offers it: each agent (with `acp` when it picks its model in its own account), its models with their thinking levels and the plan provider that can run each, the tool groups a person can grant, and the tools a new agent starts with. Use it to fill `POST /threads`.
