# List the workspace's tasks \[read\]

`GET /tasks`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.agentsky.dev/v1`
- URL: `https://api.agentsky.dev/v1/tasks`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Most recent activity first. Helper and handoff sessions are counted inside their task and never listed on their own.

## Query parameters

- `attention` 'needs_you' | 'working' | 'done' | 'idle': What the caller should do about the task. `needs_you`: a request addressed to the caller is open. `working`: a session in the task is running or starting, or the task is waiting on somebody else. `done`: a result arrived since the caller last marked the task seen. `idle`: nothing new.

    - `status_line` string, nullable, required: One line, at most 140 characters, on where it stands: the oldest question waiting on the caller, else the start of the latest thing an agent said. Null when no agent has said anything.
    - `open_request_count` integer, required: Open requests addressed to the caller
    - `session_count` integer, required: The root session plus its helper and handoff sessions
    - `sessions` object[], required: Every session in the task, root first, each with its own share of the state: its own open requests, its own run and its own latest result, measured against the task's seen mark.
