Deprecated: use `DELETE /plugins/skill:{skillId}/revisions/{revisionId}`. Still served exactly as before; every answer carries a `Deprecation` header. 400 last_revision for a skill's only revision; 409 revision_in_use while pinned by an agent; deleting the latest repoints latestRevisionId.
