Consent to continue this session on platform credits from `revision` (from the GET), as the chat's blocked notice does. Only this session moves; `POST /model-subscriptions/{provider}/switch-to-credits` moves every agent on a plan. 402 `insufficient_credits` when the balance cannot cover it; 503 `continuation_pending` means the consent is saved and the continuation retries on its own. A workspace key is refused: this consent is the person's.
