`GET /session-handoffs/{id}/checkpoint`

The `asteroids.native-checkpoint` v1 ZIP of a completed local handoff, to its owner only: the CLI's own session files under its state folder layout (`projects/` for Claude Code, `sessions/` and `codex-thread.json` for Codex), with a manifest of every file's size and SHA-256. 409 `handoff_not_ready` until it completes; 410 `archive_gone` when it is no longer stored.
