# Proposed skill and lesson changes from post-task reflection \[read\]

`GET /reflection_proposals`

## Request

After a workspace-visible session ends, a reviewer may propose a skill patch, a new skill, or a `/lessons/` note. Nothing changes until a workspace owner or admin approves. Newest first, at most 100.
