# Share, publish or update grants on an original Library file \[write\]

`PUT /library/links`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.agentsky.dev/v1`

Compare-and-set revision (0 for initial state); stale settings return 409. Public access is view-only. Edit grants require native source editing. Member grants bind current platform member identities. No workspace permits private/public only. Revoking publicEnabled invalidates the URL; publishing again mints a new URL. For unrestricted owners, consumer-artifact public access is shared with the legacy artifact share API; disabling it revokes every public alias while preserving authenticated member grants. Fixed-workspace credentials update only their selected audience link. Public artifact URLs honor the artifact pin; authenticated member URLs follow latest.
