> **Deprecated.**

Deprecated: use `GET /plugins?view=discover&source=tool`. Still served exactly as before; every answer carries a `Deprecation` header. Reads the same account-priced gateway choices as the console picker. Each capability names available priced session-compatible endpoints and their public catalog links. This read grants nothing and does not expose operator configuration or credentials. Catalog outages return 503, not an empty available set.
