# Download exact retained original bytes

`GET /artifacts/{id}/original`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Authenticated current private read authority is checked; version defaults to canonical current. Existing asp_ publisher credentials use the exact fixed-source publisher-read selector, never owner metadata/discovery or general account permission. Raw bytes preserve office/site/restore round trips.
