# Update Agentry-owned case annotations

`PATCH /v1/cases/{case_id}`

## Request

Updates only Agentry-owned agent_summary and pr_url fields. PostHog owns issue lifecycle; change status in PostHog and then re-read the case to refresh this projection. If-Match is required and must carry the current quoted integer revision returned as the case ETag.
