# Push Call Transcript

`POST /v1/calls/{call_id}/transcript`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.agentphone.ai`
- URL: `https://api.agentphone.ai/v1/calls/{call_id}/transcript`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Push transcript turns for a call (e.g. from a BYO voice stack).

Appends user and agent turns to the call's transcript. Each consecutive
user+agent pair is stored as one CallTranscript row. A trailing user turn
without a following agent turn is stored with response=null.

  - `turns` TranscriptTurn[], required
    - `role` 'user' | 'agent', required
    - `content` string, required
