Gateway statistics.

Recent activity is published as shape only — which tool, what it cost,
whether it worked. The in-memory log also holds the buyer's wallet and the
settlement hash, and those stay internal: an unauthenticated feed of
address-to-tool pairs is a customer list, and the same redaction rule
already governs the public ledger.
