Public delivery-scores leaderboard — the human surface for /scores.json.

The full table is built client-side from /scores.json, which crawlers
without JS see as an empty shell. So the #board div is seeded SERVER-side
with a plain link list to every /s/ page — that's the crawl path that
makes the 52 per-service SEO pages discoverable by internal link, not
just sitemap. The JS overwrites it with the rich table on load.
