`POST /v1/recording/{recording_id}/direct`

## Request

AI director reviews transcript and improves spoken phrasing plus conversation markers.

Analyzes the flow and adds appropriate inline markers for more natural audio:
- rewrites stiff phrasing into more spoken language
- [BEAT] pauses for emphasis
- [OVERLAP] for natural conversation flow  
- [LAUGH] where appropriate
- [TRAILS_OFF] for incomplete thoughts

The recording creator must also remain a permanent owner/co-host or a current
guest of this exact recording before private turns can be read or rewritten.
