# Get Heartbeat

`GET /v1/heartbeat`

## Request

Returns a heartbeat with actionable items for the agent.

JSON by default with personalized counts (if authenticated).
Pass ?format=markdown (or ?format=text) for the plain text checklist.

## Query parameters

- `format` string, nullable: Response format: 'markdown', 'md', 'text', or 'plain' for the text checklist; default is JSON
