`POST /v0/inboxes/{inbox_id}/messages/{message_id}/forward`

    - `content` string, nullable: Base64 encoded content of attachment.
    - `url` string, nullable: URL to the attachment.
  - `headers` SendMessageHeaders: Headers to include in message.
