  - `url` string, required: Public HTTPS endpoint or destination URL required by this operation.
  - `description` string: Optional human-readable description of this resource.
  - `eventTypes` string[]: Event type filters for this subscription; omitted means all supported types.
  - `feeds` string[]: Independent source or destination event feeds to subscribe to.
  - `deliveryMode` 'events' | 'digest': Choose individual event deliveries or one digest per configured window.
  - `digestFrequency` 'daily' | 'weekly': Digest window frequency; applicable only when deliveryMode is digest.
  - `digestHourUtc` integer: UTC hour from 0 to 23 when the digest window closes.

## Other responses

- `429`: Request-rate or usage refusal. Inspect error.code and recovery details before retrying.
- `default`: Error envelope. Non-configuration 5xx messages are masked and details omitted; allowlisted configuration errors retain static operator recovery.
